By the looks of it, these elections are on track to seeing a Second Marcos Presidency coming to power in May 2022. The Opposition in the last several weeks has been severely weakened by persistent infighting, PR gaffes, incoherent messaging, and lacklustre campaign events. The administration camp, meanwhile, has rallied around Team BBM-Sara who together command the lion’s share of current public preferences. Is there anything else that could possibly throw the Bongbong Marcos - Sara Duterte juggernaut off course?
