The Virus and The Climate aren't the “issues”. Humans are the issue.

The emergence of Omicron (B.1.1.529) SARS-CoV-2 Variant just as much of the world is adopting a let's-live-with-the-virus approach brings us back to a grim reality that we thought our human cleverness can make go away — that things, quite simply, are not going back to the “normal” that we think we are entitled to as a species. Indeed coming at the heels of this virus that is relentlessly eroding our societies' fundamental ways of life is the the climate change “issue” that is also now gripping the attention spans of the world's advanced economies.
