A group of IT professionals will be meeting with the Philippines' Joint Congressional Oversight Committee (JCOC) on Wednesday the 9th March to discuss information they have so far gathered on vulnerabilities in the Commission on Elections’ (COMELEC's) systems. These are vulnerabilities that could be exploited by parties who may harbour intent to commit electoral fraud in the coming May elections. The group, which claims to be non-partisan, are known by their Facebook group XSOX.Group through which they have been publishing some of the information their activities have so far uncovered and vetted.
