Affidavit of the liar Arturo Lascañas admitted as “evidence” in International Criminal Court “investigation”

A Rappler “investigative team” issued a “report” yesterday titled “THE LASCAÑAS AFFIDAVIT | ‘I killed for Duterte’” where they claimed that “a 186-page affidavit” submitted by former Davao City police officer Arturo Lascañas who is allegedly “an original member of the notorious Davao Death Squad (DDS, originally Duterte Death Squad)” had been accepted as “evidence” by the International Criminal Court (ICC). This Rappler “report” goes on to show that in this “affidavit”, Lascañas discloses how “kill orders were either given directly by ‘Superman’ – their code name for Duterte – or through the latter’s trusted close-in aides.”
